All project quotes and estimates provided by Modern Stone and Masonry are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, labor, and project scope. Any modifications to the original scope may result in additional charges.

4. Appointments and Cancellations
We ask that clients notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your project agreement. A deposit may be required to secure project scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

6. Warranties and Liability
Modern Stone and Masonry guarantees quality workmanship and materials as outlined in your service agreement. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or work performed by third parties after project completion.
